Well, yesterday we collected our new additions, Pipsy & Boris the Kune Kune pair.
They went straight in with Win & Curly without any injuries despite an awful lot of bullying by the newbies! Pipsy chases them, especially Curly with mouth agape!
Boris is a pretty sedate boar though. Seems a nice lad and I'm sure Pipsy will settle when she is not in pig. The pair are a little unkempt and need feeding up and a bit of TLC to get them up to Winston & Curly-Pig's standard!
We also moved the goats yesterday and as an added precaution we put extra electric tape at the top of their paddocks as we know what escape artists they are...
The rest of the poultry went also.
Today was a day for putting the storage shed up and building shelters. This job will be finished tomorrow but its really just roofing felt and licks of paint left to do.
Next week we hope to collect the new herd of goats! Very exciting :O)
